Thankful

This year's Thanksgiving was very low key. We had a delicious meal in Diamond Valley with Denny and Judy, and Grandpa Birkes and our Family. Mike and Sam and the boys, and Andi and Trent and kids came over for pie and to share black friday shopping coupons. We played games and had a great time.
For Family night the Monday before Thanksgiving we read stories about Thanksgiving and made Native American Head Dresses and wrote some of our blessings on the feathers.
Max's Feathers: Dad, Dogs and Cats and Animals, Food, Rocko, Scissors.
Rocko's Feathers: Mom, Animals, Grandpa, Food, Dad.
Mom's Feathers: Daddy, the gospel, our home, the best boys in the world, music
Dad's Feathers: Mom, School, Job, Cars, Awesome kids.
It was your typical Thanksgiving activity. but it was perfect.
We are blessed.
We are loved.
We are Thankful for things
and write those things down
and wear them on our heads.
