Googled.

We've been super busy this week.
Its been so much fun.
and I wanna blog about it.
but first I want to introduce you to
Lyndy Butler.

I was googling a song.
Then a singer/songwriter.
and I couldn't find her anywhere.
so i gave up.
Then I wondered what happens when I'm googled.
Am I accessible?
[pretty lame to google yourself, but i did.]

I came across the Eddie and Lyndy Butler Family.
And they fascinate me.
I love old photos.
and I love that you can tell these people were real.
and their love was real.

I read about their lives together.
raising their two boys in Surrey.
Lyndy Passed away in 2003.
She was 89.
She and Eddie had been married for 70 years.

I know its totally strange of me to blog about this.
I just thought it was neat.
Ive never come across a Lyndy spelt with two y's like me.
She had two little boys, like me.
She loved an Eddie Butler.
I love an Eddie Butler. my Eddie Rocko.
Kinda funny.

Jon and I had an amazing day today.
We went to the park.
Grocery shopped.
Put boys down for naps.
did laundry.
ate pizza.
it was nothing monumental or out of this world crazy fun.
It was just happy.
We talked about how we could live this day over and over and be so happy to be in it.
A Bill Murray groundhogs day.
[we'd also love it cuz everyday Kody and Stacie would call us and tell us they were having a boy!!! Yay Jett!]

I think if I am lucky enough to spend 70 years with my Mr. Butler.
I hope those years are filled with days just like today.
