Today Jon is on a Geology Field Trip.
He didnt want to go.
but he went because he is my responsible and sexy man.
7 years ago I took this same Geology class and had the same field trip to attend.
Instead of being in the parking lot to get on the bus at 9 a.m.,
Kate came over and we had a morning dance party.
then went to breakfast.
One of my favorite mornings ever.
I got a D in my Geology class.
Thanks Jon for going on the field trip and being responsible.

How funny! I was looking at that picture and thinking......hmmmmm that house looks familiar............well that's because it was the house my parents bought from your dad. So funny!
I took that class too and got a terrible grade. Funny.
Whoever wouldn't want to spend a little special time with VanVaulkenburg learning about the "Virgin Anticline" has their priorities in the wrong place. A good paternoster lake would suit one well too.
So so funny. I think of times like that when I'm all over Tuckett about writing a paper and getting to class on time...if only he were 18 and could get away with ditching geology too. Poor grown up daddy-students.
