It was the summer of 1999. I was a young, soon to be junior, needing cash to fill the tank of my mercury tracer with $1.04 a gallon gasoline. I had heard my neighbor needed help at her snow-cone stand. I decided I could handle that as a summer career and dropped off my application. As I began my training at the Wilk's residence, I quickly came to realize that this wasn't your ordinary sugar juice drenched/crunchy ice snow-cone company. I had stepped into shaved ice paradise and committed myself to serve the mighty Big Kahuna forever. Many of you may remember the delicious summer treat that graced the stands of the Zion Pioneers and rocked the trailer at Dutchmans, and I am so thrilled that Ana is bringing it all back.
This Friday at Vernon Worthen Park.
Saturday at Grun.
Come Re-live the goodness or try one for the first time.
Tropsicles are Amazing and I don't know how I have survived a St. George Summer without them.

Oh man! Can you fed-x one to Alaska?
I agree with the previous comment but how bout to Phoenix? I have such a huge craving for snow cones but you can only find them (if you're lucky) inside an ice store. LAME-O
Ahhh yeah!!! I love em.. COUNT ME IN!
Those thangs really are the best. I didn't live in SG long enough, I caugh the very tail end of the trailor at Dutchmans and remember loving them especially with that cream stuff! Then they left and I was like what the hell?
What the hell is right. I've never even had one.
I used to spend my lunch money on those babies... I've wondered why they went away. I think the permanent post at Dutchman's should be re-lived.
Perhaps I'll see you there tommorow! I can't wait.
YUMM! Ive been craving one of those since middle school! this is awesome they are coming back..
Oh my gosh, Lyndy I had to think so HARD about who Troy was and what the H you were talking about. I totally remember now though. He was so weird.
I'm going as soon as I get back...those were the good old days!! miss it like crazy!
Oh I LOVED them!! Why did she ever stop??
This is Travis. Ryan Palmer and I got called down to eat those huge ones in a contest to see who could eat the most in one minute. Ever since the biggest brain freeze of my life, I haven't been able to look at the vase shape sno cone cups the same.... but Megs still loves them.
I'm confused is she permanently opening it or was it only for that weekend???? I love those darn things. I hope I didn't miss it.
