Happy Birthday Girls!

Last week began with Max at Preschool with me on Monday. Not the Usual Matix Monday but he enjoyed it. I went in to do some work to prepare for Fun Day, Thanksgiving Feast, and Christmas show! and so I could leave the next day to go see Mama Mia with my Sista-inlaws for Andi's B-day!

Trent and Andi are the cutest couple ever. Trent surprised her on her last birthday before baby Staheli comes to party. We showed up at Dinner while she was in the bathroom and surprise!! I loved watching Trent look at Andi. He had the biggest smile as he watched her be super happy and receive her fun gifts. It was such a fun gift for all of us. Thank you guys for everything! You are the coolest!
Mama Mia was awesome and it was so great to hang out with Sam, Kristi, and Judy at the condo.
Then on Thursday Stacie, Lacey, Kath, and I went to Cafe Rio for my Momma's birthday.
I have such an amazing mom. She inspires me daily.
She always has a spotless house and
chocolate chip cookies fresh out of the oven.
She texts us funny messages. My favorite was "My Momma with a Lama!"
She loves Matix so much and can't wait for more grandbabies.
I love that she is herself at all times. She's truly genuine.
Mom,
I am so blessed to have you as my momma and I love you very much.
I hope you had a Happy Birthday!

Then Kate and I went to Fake Lunch on Friday for her birthday! It was fake lunch cuz we are both on diets and we only had water and talked about stupid diets. K8-train. Thanks for all the love and support you have giving me threw this difficult time. I am lucky to have a great friend like you to give up food with me. We are gonna be hot!...

Andi, Kathy, and Kate,
I love you girls! I hope your days were great!
and Now we land back at Matix Monday! Playing outside and blowing bubbles. He loves you guys too!
Dad and Max=Best Friends.

Giving Momma Kisses...

Love Him!

Murder at the Juice Joint!

A few years ago Jon and I went to Murder Mystery Party and it was seriously the coolest. This year we wanted to throw one and thanks to Kate and Graham, and Chris and Sara it was a huge success!
We turned the Poole's basement (which has been the perfect location for many halloween parties, THANKS STAN AND SHERYL!) into a 1920's SpeakEasy called the Juice Joint. We had a great dinner and were lucky to have Max the Magician perform a few awesome tricks. Everyone looked fantastic and really got into their characters. We are already looking forward to next year's Basement Bash!

The Return of Tropsicles!

It was the summer of 1999. I was a young, soon to be junior, needing cash to fill the tank of my mercury tracer with $1.04 a gallon gasoline. I had heard my neighbor needed help at her snow-cone stand. I decided I could handle that as a summer career and dropped off my application. As I began my training at the Wilk's residence, I quickly came to realize that this wasn't your ordinary sugar juice drenched/crunchy ice snow-cone company. I had stepped into shaved ice paradise and committed myself to serve the mighty Big Kahuna forever. Many of you may remember the delicious summer treat that graced the stands of the Zion Pioneers and rocked the trailer at Dutchmans, and I am so thrilled that Ana is bringing it all back.
This Friday at Vernon Worthen Park.
Saturday at Grun.
Come Re-live the goodness or try one for the first time.
Tropsicles are Amazing and I don't know how I have survived a St. George Summer without them.

Top 10 Favorites about Branden:

Its been two years today that we've been without our good mate B. I've been thinking a lot about him and here our a few of my favorite memories.
#1. "Make Good choices!" He'd always remind us whenever he left.

#2. Fishing on the "Turd." Best Summer Ever!
#3. I can be your hero, Baby....Always serenading us on the guitar.

#4. Fruit Punch + Mt. Dew = Butt Juice!
#5. Really Really Great Music. Always playing in his car.

#6. Many trips to Vegas for some awesome Shows!
#7. He loved his Family so Much. He was Best Friends with his Dad, looked out for his Mom and Sisters and was proud of his Brothers.

#8. He also loved the Ladies...and Snogging...
#9. He was a Great Example. He never said Bad words, wanted to watch Bad movies, always reminded us we needed to go to church and to try and be a little better. He worked hard on his Mission and once he was home. He was definitely the Best of us!
#10. He was my Friend. I only knew Branden for a few short years but they were some of the best years ever. Hanging out at the Scottage and the Lake, Having random parties, Catching Skunks with Marshall, Campfires, fishing, and Montreal Steak seasoning. Branden was so fun. I feel very fortunate to have known him and to call him my friend. I know Jon misses him so much and is excited to tell Max stories about his Uncle B. We love and Miss you B! Thanks for Everything! I know we'll see you again someday...We just gotta remember to "Make Good Choices!"

Memory Lane.

Lifting a huge Head!

Pirate Tats
Kyle is the Real Deal

Indian Friends

Today I finally got all the pictures off my camera. 250 over the last three months. Most of them are of Matix. So i'm choosing a few favorites to post.

Also we had Halloween. We rocked trunk-r-treat with our pirate ship, "root rum and treasure" Kyle was the greatest pirate I've ever seen. Kody and Jon were Yucka. Ana, Colin, and Layla were next to us in their teepee, Roastin' mallows. It was a great night.

I have a few from our Turkey sandwich night. Kyle got a turkey from his work and it was huge. We decided to cook it and make turkey sandwich's out of it cuz thats the best part of Thanksgiving Dinner. Tomorrow we will be having our jama christmas movie party. So i will have more. Hopefully I'll be able to figure out how to get my pictures on here in an order instead of all over the place.

I love my family and friends. Looking at all of these I get so happy. We have a lot of fun together.
